Mrs. Moore is a native of Fairmont, West Virginia. She received her degree from Fairmont State University in 1994. Jotwyla is a qualified professional, focused, organized, excellent with written and verbal skills, highly productive, and detailed-oriented. She has experience in Organizational and Strategic Planning, Program and Event Planning and Staff Training and Development. She is currently working on the SET contract at NASA IV&V Facility as a Helpdesk Technical Specialist. 

Jotwyla is married to Kirk M. Moore and the proud mother of two children, Alexxus and Kirk Jr. She is an active blogger, Empowerment Encounters, Certified Life Coach and passionate about empowering others to live their best life.  She is the host of an annual Women's retreat and frequent conference speaker.
